The information that I request (matrix title and date) will be retained only on your device and is not collected by me in any way. Information will not be transferred to third parties in any way. This information is used only to provide user with the right web presentation of "Matrix of Destiny" which needs only date information such as year, month and day. Collected matrix title is used only for simplifying data presentation.

User rights and consent

Users of this app have the right to be informed, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the rights around automated decision-making and profiling.

User rights to delete the data

User of this app have rigth to delete in app data which was created by them, such as personal and non-shared matrix list stored on user device. To delete item in this list user have to use standard delete action on each of list item - swipe from right to the left for delete button to appear. User have the right to delete all saved matrix list by pressing only one button in app (More -> Settings -> Delete All saved matrix data)

Data retention policy.

As all in app data is only stored on user device and not collected by me and third parties, all data representations created by user using my SERVICE will be retained only on user device till user deletes it himself.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies and similar tracking technologies.

The app "22 Energies" is not using any tracking technology such as cookies and other. All user data collected in app is retained on user device and will not be published or shared with anyone else except user.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address to anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
